The 2026 BUECI Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026. The polls will open at 5:30 p.m. Registration will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m. The polls will be closed during the meeting after Final Ballots are called for.

Nomination for Directors

The BUECI nominations period will be open from March 13, 2026, to March 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.  The following three directors' terms expire in 2026:

• Frederick F. Brower
• Bernadette A. Fischer
• Marie G. Stackhouse

Important bylaw changes to note include Article IV – Directors, §3 Qualifications: which state “No person shall be eligible to become or remain a Director in the Cooperative who: (d) Has been terminated from employment with the Cooperative for any reason within the past ten (10) years”

Nomination forms have already been mailed to members, but due to recent reports of mail delivery delays, the nomination form is being made available online to ensure members have timely access during the nomination period.

We highly recommend that you scan and email it to us or hand deliver it to us because of the reported mail delays.
