Payment Assistance

If you are unable to pay your bill due to an unforeseeable emergency, please contact the Cooperative to discuss payment arrangement options.

The Cooperative offers payment plan options for up to 90-days due to qualifying unforeseeable emergencies such as fire, serious medical condition, or death in the immediate family. Payment plans must be set up prior to the disconnect day to ensure continuity of services.

For ongoing financial assistance, or to apply for a state-funded grant, contact a local non-profit agency. Assistance may be limited to those who qualify based on income verification and other requirements.
